Simple Backup is great for those who want a place to backup and store their most important data in an alternate data center. The Simple Backup option lets you have the control of what files get backed up and how often. Simple backup allows you to control every aspect of the backup process. You are given access credentials and a network address you can setup as an off-site storage drive. Then you can utilize your own software or operating system process to backup data to this location, or you can manually backup files as you need to.

Continuous Data Protection (CDP) Backup is great for those who want a more comprehensive and managed backup solution for Linux, Windows and SQL. This option allows you to designate which directories and files on your hard disks you want to have backed-up. With the CDP solution, our administrators install custom software component by RSoft on your server, designed to backup any modified files to Connect Northwest’s CDP Backup servers. The backups can run as frequently as you would like and are very efficient as they only transmit modified portions of the disk in each back-up pass.
CDP allows for multiple “restore points” to be kept, so you can roll back your server, restore files as they were 1 hour, 1 week or 1 month ago!
